In a recent interview with OrthoSpineNews, AANA President Brian J. Cole, M.D., M.B.A. discussed his goals and initiatives for his 2020-2021 term as AANA President.
During the interview, Dr. Cole shared his excitement for AANA’s new hybrid lab course format that will take place this fall, which will be supported by the AANA Safe Strides™ Initiative and will include increased safety measures for all participants and staff. With the younger generation in mind, he also revealed his plans to help mentor younger surgeons wanting to get actively involved in teaching and research as well as leadership positions within AANA.
